Authentically crafted with natural ingredients

Matthew, Andrew’s son, trained in Bologna at the Carpigiani Gelato University. He uses traditional techniques to produce a lovely smooth and creamy texture to our gelato.

Each flavour has its own recipe carefully crafted using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We strive to offer a product that is not only unique but also uses ingredients in their most natural form. This means that our strawberry gelato is made using real strawberries and our tiramisu is made using mascarpone, espresso and marsala wine.

Delicious & creative flavours

At Casa Bella we offer 16 different flavours at any one time. Our display cabinet at our dedicated Gelateria on Lake Road houses 28 pans and the flavours change on a daily basis. It’s open from Easter to October and any sunny weekend in between!

We like to keep things interesting for both our staff and our customers at both venues and so we are always open to ideas and welcome any new suggestions.

Our gelato can be purchased from our display at the front of the restaurant as long as we are open.
